I acknowledge that I live, work, and play on stolen lands. Calgary, Alberta is located in the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy, including the Siksika, Piikani and Kainai Nations; the Stoney-Nakoda, including the Chiniki, Bearspaw and Wesley Nations; and the Tsuut’ina Nation. Southern Alberta is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3. I am an uninvited settler-colonist on these lands and am grateful for the opportunity to be on this shared territory.

I strive to be anti-racist, queer-affirming, disability justice minded, and aligned with the health at every size movement.
